RealEstateSchools - Real Estate Schools
If you want to be in the Real Estate Business then you need to know a lot
about real estate in the state where you will be practicing. There are a lot
of legal issues that revolve around real estate and you will need to know these
things, at least when you start out, and you will need to know a lot of details
for your real estate exam. Some people have the ability to learn about real
estate and take the test with ease just by studying on their own, but even if
you are one of those people who could take the real estate test and pass it
without much of an effort in some states it is mandatory that you attend one
of the state's realestateschools before you take the test.
I can remember when my daughter and son-in-law went to the real estate school
here in Florida before they got their real estate license. It was a difficult
thing for them to do because the studying was so intense and they had been out
of school and in the work force for many years before they decided to go to
real estate school. My daughter took the school first and she did very well.
She was a great student all through her school career but even by her estimation
the real estate school was tough. Then my son-in-law took the real estate school
about a year later and he studied day and night. Although he found the class
to be quite difficult he did ace the test on his first try..
So if you are thinking about attending one of the realestateschools in your
area you should go in with the attitude that you are going to study non stop
until you take the state exam and pass it. Of course when you are finished with
the school you will forget a lot of what you learned but the main points that
you will use in your career as a real estate agent will be tucked away in your
memory for a lifetime.
