That brings us to our second area of discussion. Having a sound financial background is a necessity when you are buying a house in order to qualify and to get the lowest interest rate possible. It doesn't seem fair on the outside that those with the best ability to pay back a mortgage are often given the lowest interest while those that have had problems paying bills in the past have to pay more but it is a fact of life. By keeping your credit clean you will be in a position to buy a house and to pay the least amount in payments. That will give you money for the other, more important things in life.

So guard your finances well starting from an early age. By keeping your credit clean you will be in a far better position financially for the rest of your life. You will have many opportunities open to you that are not generally available to anyone else. Take advantage of them and they will keep you happy and secure.
